MS Kiana is a custom built, 60 ft (16.5 meter) cutter rigged ketch, which was first launched in 1990. Purpose built as a sailing and diving charter vessel, Kiana is an iconic of the Whitsunday’s community. With a rich history amongst our 74 continental islands, Kiana is perfectly equipped to give you the best Great Barrier Reef experience.
​Sleeping up to 14 guests, and 3 crew, Kiana’s intimate setting allows you to unwind in paradise in a small group setting. The lower deck is kitted out for maximum comfort, and a perfect blend of privacy and social communal areas. The salon and cabins are cooled for your comfort, with fans and air-conditioners, for those tropical summer nights.
Kiana’s upper deck boasts several practical areas! The top cabin lounge provides a social environment to reflect on the days activities, or to kick back and relax with a book! The front deck gives you the best viewing point to spot dolphins, turtles and whales, as we sail through the picturesque backyard! The rear deck offers plenty of room to kit up for the days activities, and turns into a communal dining area during meal time.
